Reporting content

Published brand books contain material supplied by our customers. If something in one infringes your rights or breaks the law, tell us.

Include: the address of the page, what specifically is wrong, what right you hold, and how to reach you. If you are reporting copyright infringement, say that you believe in good faith the use is unauthorised, and that what you have told us is accurate.

What we do

We acknowledge, review, and where a complaint is valid we unpublish the material and tell the customer why.

We tell the customer who reported it unless the law says otherwise, so they can respond. If they show they had the right after all, we can restore it.

We are an Indian company and have not registered a DMCA agent with the United States Copyright Office. We handle copyright complaints through this same process.

Repeated infringement

An account used repeatedly to publish material it has no right to will be suspended or closed.
