A brand goes immediately. A whole workspace is recoverable for 30 days.
Deleting one brand removes it.
Deleting a whole workspace keeps it recoverable for 30 days, in case you did not mean to, and it is then removed permanently. Either way your public books come offline and your AI connections stop the same second you delete.
Restoring a workspace inside the window brings everything back except the public book, which stays offline until you publish it again deliberately.
Deleting your account does not cancel your subscription with the payment provider. Cancel that separately, or write to us and we will.
