A brand book is your brand as a readable page. You choose whether it is private, unlisted, or public.
Private means only your workspace can see it.
Unlisted means anyone with the link can read it, and search engines are asked not to index it.
Public means it can be found.
Reading a published book is free and needs no account, so you can send it to a freelancer or a printer without asking them to sign up.
Publishing is always a deliberate act, and we keep a record of when you chose to publish. That record is what shows permission was given if anyone ever disputes rights to the material.
